Cowboy - Hefeweizen - 5.3% ABV - 12 IBU

The original hazeboi, this traditional German Hefeweizen was brewed with 55% American wheat malt, and 45% German Pilsner malt for a rich bready base and hazy, golden hue. The yeast plays an integral role in the flavor profile of this beer - we shoot for lower temperatures during fermentation to drive notes of clove, but you'll also get a hint of banana. Hallertau Mittelfruh hops are used with a gentle hand for a lightly floral bitterness.
