Suit & Tie - Cherry Vanilla Gose - 6.1% ABV - 6 IBU

A beer modeled after cherry cheesecake, we took a traditional Gose base with salt and coriander and used 1.5 pounds per gallon of sweet cherries, plus vanilla and lactose to achieve a lovely balance between sweet and sour. An addition of oats in addition to wheat promote a fuller mouthfeel while the finish is tart and clean. With a deep red body and pink tinged head, it looks as good as it tastes.
